Mars Aspen (they/them) is an emerging singer-songwriter from Ottawa, Ontario. Their songs explore themes of vulnerability, love, heartbreak, and everything in between. They weave aspects of personal identity and experience into saccharine-sweet indie folk that invites any and all listeners to find a new home within their sound. Since releasing their EP Orbit in 2022, they’ve performed alongside Leith Ross, Rae Spoon, and Canadian cellist Raphael Weinroth-Browne.

Alt-folk aficionado Evan Jackson is a singer/songwriter born and based in Kingston, Ontario. From a young age, he soaked up the words and sounds of the artists he loved, and began to develop his own country-noir style. At home on the stage, Evan weaves stories that are dark and magnetic.
